Collecting and processing data about you:

Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

The information we collect from or about you will be held inside the EU and will not transferred abroad without ensuring adequate levels of security and legal protection are in place. LTD uses 3rd party software companies as data centres to safely store your information, we do not store or collect information on any company built software but do retain where there is a legal need to do so, a hard copy of your information if you enter into a contractual agreement with us to either buy, sell, rent, let or have us manage something for you.

Password Security

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping the password confidential. Please notify us immediately if you suspect that your password is no longer secure.

Your rights

Your information will be held for at least six years for legal, regulatory and accounting purposes and thereafter for as long as reasonably necessary.
